Website hosting fees are recurring on a monthly or annual basis* (based on whichever plan you have chosen). You will automatically be charged the fee when it’s due without any prior notification. If you wish to cancel, please contact us here.
If payment fails to process, you will be notified and be given 72 hours to remedy the situation otherwise your website will be put in “suspension” status until the payment is processed.
*Fees are not prorated. No refund on unused months of service.
